3. The password is entered incorrectly. Please check.
4. The robot vacuum only supports the 2.4 GHz, frequency band. Please connect to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.
My Robot Vacuum Recharge Failed
1. There are many obstacles near the dock. Please place the dock in an open area and try again.
2. The robot vacuum is far from the dock. Please place the robot vacuum near the dock and try again.
The Scheduled Cleaning of My Robot Vacuum Doesn't Work
1. The battery level is low. The scheduled cleaning will work when the battery level is above 20%.
2. The cleaning is already in progress when the schedule starts.
3. Do Not Disturb is set in the app. Make sure the schedule is not within the set Do Not Disturb period.
Failed to Setup My Robot Vacuum
1. Check if the power switch on the left side of the robot vacuum is toggled to "ON".
